Design preferences
The Challenge: Bridging the gap between the client’s preference for traditional, gaudy aesthetics and the sterile, minimalist requirements of modern dentistry.

High-Contrast Palette: A bold interplay of Off-White surfaces and Dark Walnut timber.
Materiality: Deviating from clinical coldness by using rich wood tones to create a rich, traditional atmosphere.
Atmospheric Lighting: A total reliance on Warm White illumination to transform a medical space into a tranquil, sanctuary-like environment.
Design Objective: Respecting traditional values without compromising clinical hygiene or operational flow.

Functioning of chair and equipments
One of the most crucial aspects is to design clinic layout in a way that leaves enough space to work around the chair. For normal practice in Indian context, ideal space for one chair would be 10 feet x 7 feet. When space is limited one can accommodate one chair in minimum 8.5 feet x 6 feet space.

Design development
Planning (Layouts & Zoning)
The layout and equipment positioning were determined through a rigorous analysis of patient flow and operatory ergonomics. Our approach integrates vital technical considerations, such as specialized lighting and drainage outlets, with strategic zoning to ensure seamless clinical operations and effective environmental control.

Mood board
The goal was to translate a client’s specific, high-detail taste into a functional, "light and clean" dental clinic. The key was in the calibration of finishes.
Refinement: We maintained the core material palette but reduced intricate patterns to prevent visual clutter.
Atmosphere: By opting for matte and satin finishes over high-gloss surfaces, we eliminated harsh reflections, creating a softer, more sophisticated ambiance.
Feel: A space that feels hygienic and professional without losing its unique architectural character.
